      Hello!

      The Magickian Tophat is crafted on the Tier 3 "Excellent Sewing Bench." Are you sure that you are using the right tier of crafting bench?

      However, if the hat is still not appearing, as a potential work around you may want to try deconstructing and rebuilding your crafting bench.

      I can't edit the actual dialogue of my post, not really sure why, hate was obviously a typo it is hat.
