collecting items

if i am playing with a friend and i start crafrting an item in a certain station , my friend cant see or pick up the item, only i can , which really makes crafting feel not realistic and not coop friendly since sometimes i would like to put stuff in a station and tell my friend to pick them up later. i think this is something that is easily fixable and is crucial for a smooth gameplay
