Lost my Sylvan's Cradle Card

I closed my Sylvan's cradle to reset it ( I didn't see the reset realm button at first). After I closed it it took the card and I was not able to get the card back and it did not return to my inventory.
This is the order that I did things in.
1) went to sylvan's cradle and opened portal
2) then closed the portal after it was open in hopes that I could place it down again and use it since its a story realm.
3) card was missing from inventory and not able to be found
4) had a buddy join and see if he placed a Cradle card down if it would work (it did work), I tried closing it and still did not recieve a card.
5) restarted my game in hopes that it would reset or appear. It did not
