Nightingale Community Portal
I just finished the story in Nightingale City, and discovered that the new Vault portal just leads to a Boss Rush. Mr. Dent told me that the Automaton Queen could show up in the Boss Rush, so I decided to use a personal portal for it. I've beaten wave 20 and there's still no sign of her.

The previous commenter is correct, the Queen won't show up until wave 30.
AFAIK, the Queen doesn't show up until floor 30.
