Abeyance Realm Reset - 250 Hours of progress wiped out?

I really hope someone can help me restore my Abeyance realm because the game has just wiped out my base completely after 250 hours of gameplay.

I has just got back from the watch after a vault run and was putting some new gems i had acquired into a storage chest.

At the same time i was refining a stack of 40 tier 4 Yex meat into animal fibre on my tier 3 tanning station.

The game locked up just as i heard the "refinement complete" noise whilst i was still in the chest contents.

By locked up i mean i was unable to move the mouse or do anything, so i alt-tabbed out to windows and then i got the usual Nightingale crash window pop up as i arrived back to my desktop and the game closed itself.

I clicked the "send and restart" option from the crash reporter when the game loaded up again i selected "travel to respite" from the options (instead of "continue").

I spawned at the crossways, not my respite, and the sky was red - the minor realm card had been changed to Forsworn Skies - which i think is the card that is in play when you first arrive in the abeyance realm?

I opened the map and selected "travel to respite" thinking i was in the wrong realm but then i spawned where my estate cairn was, only this time the cairn wasn't there - and neither was my base.

The skies were still red.

I quit the game, restarted, tried a few things, first loading the game with the "continue" option instead but that didn't help, i just spawned back where my base should have been but wasn't. I tried travelling to the watch and then using the "return to respite" to get back, but whatever i do i return to my respite with the Forsworn Skies minor realm card in play and my base doesn't exist.

I can also see that resources i took from the Abeyance realm have respawned - for example a bunch of rocks and ores i harvested next to where i built my base are now back.

Is there anything i can do about this ?

I have attached my two most recent logs, the crash folder and an F2 screen submission of my standing where my base should be.
