Problem Following a Crash with trees reapered Merged

After a crash, trees that I had previously cut down have reappeared despite the existing constructions. They are located next to a plant box and interact with the crops. When the plants have grown, I can harvest from the trees that have regrown using the E key. On the other hand, it is impossible for me to cut down these trees.
