Same it seems to be a range around the boxes it popped one up back in my house both trees are in the pictures
I am also having this issue with the trees. Basically the trees in the immediate vicinity of my house.
I have this problem too.

Hi, I'm having this issue too. It's pretty easy to reproduce, just cut a tree and remove his stump thinking like in any other game this will prevent tree to regrow, and this invicible tree will appear the next time you load this map. This totally breaks the game for me. I'll return when this is fixed.
