Immortal Trees appearing in areas i've clearcut including stump removal Merged

So i have been randomly getting trees spawning or respawning in areas i've clearcut including places where i removed the stumps. These trees take no damage and appear to have no collision when I swing at them. They're growing randomly all over, including thru my plant boxes, which is really irritating >.<
