The respite still shows where I initially placed, rather than my home, after deleting the estate cairn and building in a new location. Teleport places me at the old location. This does not put me at home when returning from travels, essentially leaving me at the wrong location constantly. This means coming home I have to dump things if overweight (normal) and run back and forth several hundred meters to get to where I actually built...
I was also confused by this.
Turns out you need to interact with the newly built Estate Cairn to update the Respite location.
Had this happen, after i interacted with the new cairn it teleported me as expected
