I am to return to Puck. Puck; an entity who only appears when he deigns to speak to you; who is physically impossible to reach as he maintains absolutely no location within euclidean concepts; with no method of summoning; I am to somehow return to him. For the love of all that is holy, where am I supposed to return to?

Same issue. Entered realm and I must have ran off and didn't realize they spawned behind me somewhere maybe?
Spent a long time going back and forth around the direction I first went but no luck. I assume can't find with spy glass?
Went and got all the codex books and still nothing.

I can't get Puck to appear either.
I don't know if it's because I completed Nellie Bly's quests and unlocked "The Watch" before even entering "Hollowed Moor". As soon as I entered the Hollowed Moor the quest changed from "Enter the Hollowed Moor" to "Return to Puck".
I went through exploring and read all three books on my own but never got it as a quest objective. Still can't complete it.
i killed everything at the battlefield sites and got all 3 books. Puck never showed up i can't complete the quest i reset the realm but i already got the books before hand and i can't get them again. im stuck in the quest now and i can't move forward

I have already collected 3 items (on the negotiating side), finished repairing the portal and have moved on, but the battlefield trip quest just keeps on showing “return to Puck” without finishing.
I have been able to ignore it and move on, and if push comes to shove, I can just hide it, but something is not right.
OP: He re-appeared for me when I went back to the arrival spot and ran around for a couple seconds (the place you load in from the Crossroads).
Ticket addendum: In my case, however, he warned me about getting involved with an NPC I was looking for and then poofed away. But the quest still tells me I need to return to him (I... may also have already completed the story for the NPC he was likely warning me about. Oops).
