Keybind doesn't always work

I bound open inventory to a mouse thumb button as well at the default TAB. When I log in, TAB doesn't work. The mouse button is the primary keybind with TAB being the secondary. If I press ESC to go the the menu, when I go back to the game, TAB will now work. I am using an LG pro wireless mouse and the software is up-to-date.

Steps to Reproduce	Every time I boot up the game this happens. I swapped controls so that TAB is primary and the mouse button is secondary and that solved the issue.
