Can't usually put down a marker in the map using a controller. The tip says to use the X button (XBox Elite Series 2 controller) but most of the time nothing happens (although occasionally it does work). Along with this, quite often when I try to switch to mouse I can't move the pointer. Going in and out of the map at this point doesn't usually help, and clicking doesn't always help either. Eventually it will work with the mouse, but it is very frustrating.
while this may be a bug, I put the map marker near/behind where I'm intending to go instead of trying to mark on the exact location I'm hoping to get to. It hasn't given me problems that way.
