Packets of seeds found as random loot are always "Seed (Crude)" and useless

Seems like there is no variance in the Seeds found in the brown leather pouches.

Seed (Crude) grows into Plant Fibre (Crude) and are basically worthless.

Not clear if the lack of variance is a bug or if useless seeds are intended.
