Testing out some player feedback regarding Track Legend not casting correctly. They reported it simply will not work for them in any capacity.
On casting Track Legend at Welkin's Reach, the Enchantment fizzles automatically. No spell effects fire off at all. At least, only while any Fabled creatures are not displayed on the map. The moment one appears (typically when a player gets close enough to have it show up in the compass), Track Legend works properly again.
