Just did the update and loaded in. When I enable autorun I can no longer sprint, but if I hold down shift+w it works.

Our development team is in the process of further refining Sprint / Toggle Sprint.
In the meantime, if you press [Shift] and then either [Caps] or [Numlk], you should have Sprint engaged on Autorun.
Please let us know if this resolves your issue.
Not sure if this is the same thing or not, but in certain realms, (might be random bug?), when I use autorun, with or without shift modifier, I slow to a crawl. Shift literally looks like the difference between gliding and shuffling, but the speed doesn't change, and it's slower than walking. Crouch is not enabled. Shift + W works fine. It's just the auto run and it's hit or miss. Some realms I'm able to auto run and actually run as if shift is enabled. Others, I get the grandpa crawl.
Prior to update I was able to toggle sprint by tapping Shift with auto run active, now I cannot sprint at all with auto run active, I've tried tapping and holding Shift, neither work. I am playing offline.
I'm also not able to toggle sprint by tapping Shift while holding W, I have to hold both to sprint, which makes me wonder if maybe there is another shortcut to toggle sprint that is not showing in the keybinds UI?
