we could get a fae character like the happy mask salesman from the legend of zelda or Sheogorath from the elder scrolls, He will show up randomly in secluded spots while you are exploring and call you over. He could have ties to an unknown elder fae lord and really emphasize the bizarre and surreal parts of the faewilds.

While I would like to see more fae in the realms, I think we also need some kind of statement from the devs why currently the Realms have no fae at all. (No, the bound and the automatons are not fae, they are apparently constructs made by fae).
Until we have this understanding of why the realms have no fae other than Puck, it's unlikely that requests to see more fae presence in the game will be incorporated.
