Please add these missing building pieces to these tilesets

In a recent Q&A, Neil mentioned being willing to chip away at missing building pieces from various tilesets if the community could get a list together. I have 8 lists, one for each tileset. Window and Wall variations were set to the side as each tileset should have some unique things. But types of stairs, railings, pillars, ramps, half walls, etc. are highly requested additions to all tilesets that don't have them. So while this audit lists everything missing, it is understood that some things might not show up in every single tileset, like planks, awnings, dormers.
