Building shortcuts are hardcoded and only fit QWERTY keyboards.

Hey guys,

I know it's easy to forget, but all keyboards are not QWERTY. I'm french, so I use an AZERTY keyboard, and at the moment, the new building UI uses hardcoded keybinds for QWERTY Layout.
The result is that i can't use numeric shortcut, and Q (A in QWERTY Layout) doesn't allow to straffe left while building. Also it's hard and non-intuitive to navigate as it uses Q and R (like it was A and R in QWERTY)

We can switch to QWERTY mode but this is far from ideal since any typing will become a nightmare. So it is far from ideal.

An easy way to do this is to think to make every single input rebindable.

Please do not forget us,

Keep up the good work !

Yes, please let us change them! I really need to be able to adjust those keys, especially since the new build UI is so awkward to get around.

Totally agree, it was a fast and easy and an ergonomical construction interface before. Since the new update and implementation of the new buikld menu, it's chaotic, unpractical (way too much keys to push), and only fits the QUErty layout (?!). I won't switch for querty in windoze, because localisation is a thing (since 1980) and developers should always take in account when implementing new stuff in a working product.
