Gear score as a resource harvesting requirement doesn't feel like it fits the progression design now that gear is unlocked by progressing in specific tier realms. I also see gear score leading many folks to misunderstand how to make good gear because better stat gear can easily be a lower gear score. I think it would be more consistent and easier to understand if T3 resources required a T3 tool, not some GS check. The gear score could just be hidden so that players can focus only on the tier and stats. This would also remove situations where someone has crafted gear with random things and then does not understand why their GS 100 isn't enough to survive realm power 100.
