Game never tells you to press B to Build

Hi, I know I'm late to the party and you've gone through a lot of revisions. but I'm sitting here in Abeyance having to google on my phone how to Build because nothing in the journal, inventory, or UI tells you how to build the things in the Progression. Pretty wild but easily missed when you've got something so complicated that the basics are overlooked (especially with revisions)
