Option to assign Augments

An option to be able to assign Augments more precisely.

So instead of having to work out/rearrange them you can simply select which one you want to use by interacting with the appropriate station.

Let's say you have a t3 workbench. You can interact with any of the available slots and select an Augment as long as its within radius.
