The instructions given in the Secrecy POI is rather unclear, and has caused several of us issues. It was suggested that I offer potential rewording to assist with for a future update, so here is what I came up with.
(first part, italicized, might be inscribed on a rock or just 'flavor text')
Upon the earth and in the sky you must find
Awakened runes when touched in kind
Open the floodgates which flow in power true
And follow instructions given to you.
Each runestone is awakened by another, hidden, one. Once awakened, trace the lines of power on the pool, and activate only those which feed into the central stone. Then, when done correctly, it will give you instructions to finish the puzzle.
