Streamlined augment description

I really like the new augmentation system, but I feel there is something to be desired for how the descriptions for each augmentation are written. Right now, what a station can do is written long-form and some of it is written it a not-entirely intuitive way, with the description reading "refinement time -" and THEN what kinds of refinement are reduced, rather than the other way around. I think if the descriptions had a bulleted list, it would be easier to parse through what augment to put where in your homestead. In addition, being able to sort augments by effect within the build menu would be handy, so you could better determine things that perform similar functions and then use those all together.
