However, after cleraing an Apex Vault and killing Jana (mandatory quest step to get to this quest), you already have enough T4 Essence to give to Agatha Harris, so all you need to do is enter an Ascended Antiquarian Realm and then turn around and go back to The Watch to give Harris some T4.
It is basically just as pointless as pre-RR where she asks you to go to buy a realm card recipe.
