I think that the bound hearts that spawn bound should show up when i use my spyglass, ive come across some tangled up spaces where spots are difficult to access where two infestations occurred one on top of the other and i could not find the second heart, i suspect it may have been under a piece of terrain based on where the bound were spawning. I did not get a screenshot of this this time.
