I've made it to the Hollow Moor questlines and have to say, they really, really take the fun out of the game loop. May i dare say, they played like some of Starfield's worst quests?
2 of the 3 Offering Quests went exactly like this meet npc -> back to respite for stuff -> back to npc -> back for more stuff -> back to npc for recipe -> craft in respite -> back to npc for their approval
the third quest was only different in the sense that you likely don't have the materials required already lying around because you have to finish 3 poi's on the map. Unless you are aware beforehand and avoid returning for every quest task, this is six loading screen per quest.
The Quest for Poe is even worse, i get the thematic of an iron tool, but you have to go back and craft an iron tool, especially fun if you've got non lying around anymore, then he tells you to build things you likely have to go through two loading screens for, and then you get to do a vault (or more loading screens).
I do really enjoy that you managed to get a fey vibe into these characters/personalities, but please, rethink those questlines to be more cohesive, and a lot less backtracking.
