Yeah, very much this, any kind of special seasonal unlock, twutch drop, etc, really needs to be account wide. I was very excited about the halloween unlocks, but I'm playing with my offline character right now and just found out I'd have to do it all over again for my online character, it really knocked the wind outta my sails and not so sure I wanna push for the 1000 reward now. feelsbad.
