I'm trying to complete the Gloom site, and when I activate the mechanism, the knight appears for a split second before disappearing and not showing again. I have left the site, rebooted the game, and left/reentered the site with no luck.

Reguardless of realm or difficulty level when I kill the hope wisps it shows the essence drop but nothing is there upon loting the esence. This has happened 100% every time. I have dispatched several wisps and every time it shows essence drop. I h...
