Recipe search filter should not carry between benches

Using a filter previously used on one work bench usually does not produce good results on the recipes of a different one. Maybe store one filter per work bench type? Otherwise, keeping the filter is not a bad idea for one type of work bench

Augments should be permanent

Augments should be like gems that you permanently add to your station, no limits. It's just a hassle to move them around/deconstruct and it doesn't really add any difficulty whatsoever.
