Add missing tiers of augments.

Thanks for changing the crystal ball to tier 3, but now is tier 2 missing, and there are lots of tiers of augments that are missing. Most have tier 1 and tier 2 or they have tier 1 and tier 3 some have only tier 1.

Crafting queued image wrong

When starting crafting ammo while other ammo is crafting, a lag spike causes the queued image to temporarily look like a food item.

Augment selection on workstation not changing item attributes

The UI on the workstation to select the active augments appears to work, but the attributes don't show up on the item being crafted. If I want particular augments, I have to ensure that only the augments I want are in range of the workstation.

Add option to learn whole progression branch

It can be tedious to have to learn every recipe one at a time, particularly with say Tilesets. Add an option to learn all recipes within a particular branch to the description of the top recipe of that branch.
