POIs

Ground is missing geometry underneath an encounter in a swamp. Random Realm. I fell under the world and got stuck. "Help I'm Stuck" buttons got me out no problem but I wanted to report.

In the desert dungeon at the watch you cant activate one of the runes in the bastille of insight. Iv attacked the offending Rune to show location.

I'm working through all the different missions on the map before tackling the main and side quests. I've looked everywhere but there are no npcs in or near the defend mission that is south of the initial spawn in Magwytch Marshes. I tried sleeping...

Bastille at map coords between F4 and G4 will not trigger complete. Cannot unlock the well.

I can't proceed through the very first site of power, I have found 2 of 3 writings but the 3rd one is no where to be seen, although I've covered the insdie and outside of the structure.

I have come across this Aid Mission POI twice on the same Provisioner Desert realm and in both cases the POI fails to be noted on the map.
