I have come across this Aid Mission POI twice on the same Provisioner Desert realm and in both cases the POI fails to be noted on the map.

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. If possible, please press F2 while in-game at this location and attach a screenshot of the overlay menu to this post so we can better understand what may be causing the issue.

Found another instance of this - although the type of challenge was a Defence, not an Aid.
Interestingly i note i'm on the same Realm as the previous poster, Ascended Provisioner Forest with the realm map broadly similar in shape - and the POI missing the icon is in a very similar location on the map.
I've attached a short video showing the POI interior and map location, and a screenshot of the F2 overlay menu.
