Nightingale Community Portal
On approaching the POI (~30-50m) the POI activates. However, maybe due to the spawner being in an unsuitable place as it never seems to be present and is already defeated before I even get to the POI. On this occasion the spawner didn't produce any bound either and so I was able to simple take the T3 fate points for free.
