When using an Xbox controller, the merchant menu is inaccessible. It can be seen but is not capable of being navigated.

Got back from the first site of power and was told to find Puck in the Crossways. Well he ain't there. This appears to be a game breaking bug, and if it's not and I'm just missing something, then this scenario needs to be reworked a little.

NPC's are still going to my old base after i created a new base respite location is there anyway that this bug can get fixed? i have fast traveled to see if that worked and i also restarted the game and that still didnt work at all.... I'm not sur...
