She was there before the update, but since the last update she's disappeared on both my online and offline games.

Her dialogs says about someone dying, or anything like that, but she is just in the water and nothing is near...Just found her on the biome, no quest bring me here, maybe this is the problem.

I died during combat with Bound and hired NPC revived me, then my character almost immediately died before I could recover. After that my hired NPC finished the last of the bound and just started walking around and never revived me again.
