While climbing a stone structure there was an opening that I was climbing past when I got stuck and could take no actions. I could not change gear, move up or down, jump off the wall, or anything other than move the camera.

when the npc's are downed by bound and get blown back, they get blown away to anywhere on the map and you can find them in the ocean or inside the mountain (another bug report)
I tried to reach a really high agility bastion by building a very high tower. Climbed all the way as high as I could and ran into a glass ceiling. Big waste of time and resources.
