Why do grenades still explode behind you in 3rd person?

When playing with another player it always shows their health at 25/350 no matter what it is really at.

Shotguns have a listed melee damage and it looks like it might relate to the block and shove they can do and i dont know if its just supposed to be knockdown power related but currently no matter the listed damage the shove does 0 for all my testi...

Seliak Yoke boss aggros to follower and will never aggro the player again, so the boss just stands there and stares at your downed follower forever

When trying to complete an encounter, like an infestation, if there is just 1 enemy left and they lose sight of you, they despawn and you then cant complete the encounter

NPCs don't realize there is a wall between them and the target so their shots hit the wall instead. Not clear why monsters don't do the same. https://youtu.be/ERhdkfdkmUg

Logged out while in the well at Beatle boss when I logged back in the Boss is gone. Not sure what I can do now.
