I'm in a swamp vault doing the bastille of insight and I found a rune that is floating in the air that cannot be clicked on. Cannot progress further in this vault and will have to open a new one.

When accessing inventory, the character image view is stuck in crouch pose. Restarting game fixes it until you crouch again then it is stuck again.
