I created a character in online mode to get the twitch drops, then i tried to download it so i could have the character in offline mode but when going in game and selecting offline mode my profile page is empty and the character does not show up. I tried this several times and created new characters online but the result is the same. I followed the instructions to the letter so i know its not a mistake my end.
Edit - A solution has been found. Please can you update your information on how to move a character from online to offline. The profile folder needs to be copied in to the folder with all the numbers.
