I've downloaded the game after not playing for a bit and it seem that my character had been deleted. I was playing online and was at the end game. Is it possible to do something about that ?

Last year, in September, due to major changes to the game during early access, older accounts were deleted as they were no longer compatible with the updated version of the game and will need to be restarted from the beginning.
More information about the change can be found here: https://playnightingale.com/news/the-realms-rebuilt-update-is-out-now. If you started an account before this reset, that is probably why your account has been deleted.
