After dropping off items from another realm in my home realm, the game was stuck in an infinite loading loop, 30 minutes passed. After losing patience, I decided to close the game out and reopen, only to find my character is now gone.

This happened to me just today. I was just going from my respite to the crossroads when a "connection error" window popped up and after clicking the 'OK' button I was put on the main menu. The "connection error" was strange to see as I was playing offline, but when I went back to offline mode my profile was gone. Its really frustrating being as I had quite literally finished upgrading all my benches, gear, and clothes while in my beautiful new base, only to seemingly lose it all. Any ideas on how to retrieve the missing profile? I would really love to not have to start a whole new save again.

I play like 130 hours and when i see the update make something new, i connect and see i don't have my character who are lvl 100? not sure about the lvl but i do All of my map and all :'(
