Game crashed, lost 10 hours of progress and items

Completed all of Gloriana's Tears and began Hollowed Moor. Stepped away from the computer for a short time and returned to the Unreal Engine crash reporter. Logging back into the game it was immediately clear I lost the inventory from both myself and my companion. The journal continues to show quests I picked up in Hollowed Moor, but I no longer have the portal to that zone. I'd crafted a new throwing dagger and retained that, but looking in my chests, I've lost nearly everything I'd gathered in 10 hours. Hopefully my save file isn't broken and I'm able to progress again.
