Mouse Changes Top Left Corner

While attempting to unlock items in the progression menu, I noticed that in the top left-hand corner, I can no longer use my mouse. (I went from Tier 3, and was making my way to Tier 1)

I am completely unsure what triggered the issue, however it a corner in the top left of the screen even when out of menus. If I press Enter to type, the mouse hovered over that square will change.

The mouse swaps from the Nightingale mouse to the standard windows mouse, as if it's a dead zone, this means I can not use any functions in the top left in any menu, this mostly effects my ability to swap tabs with mouse clicks in the Progression menu, as most other menus in the game do not reach up high enough.


NOTES:
- This bug happened before I got into Discord, however, the popup of "Stream to your friends" when loading the game still showed up.
It might be due to that? (Image Provided)
- I could click freely, before I attempted to buy something I didn't have enough essence for. It might have bugged out here?
- The box is not very large, but enough that it covers half of the Tier 2 tab, and all of Tier 1 in the progression menu.

As screenshots don't capture the mouse, I can not show that it happens when not in discord voice as well. I had to join voice, stream for my husband, and have him screen grab the discord stream.
