Same for me, except mine is in Astrolabe Desert 30. Online mode. Killed mobs, solved the puzzle, went for the portal--nothing. Only a dot on the portal post without the "Activate" option.
Respite and in map teleport works fine for me.
Some time ago, also in a bunker, a forcefield to the reward essence never went down, that one I had cleared successfully, portal and all.
