This might be intended behavior? If you cast assassin's sight and THEN ring of empowerment, assassin's sight disappears. But if you cast ring of empowerment and THEN assassin's sight, you can have both buffs.

It is intended. They said they didn't want enchantments to stack too much, so only one or two of them actually persist if you cast others. Ring of Empowerment and Summon Swarm are the only two (I thought Illumination might also persist, but it doesn't. Pretty useless spell all around. Pretty, but useless).
