Hope Echoes invisible

Most Hope Echoes are invisible, whether in storied or untamed realms. Time of day/night does not change their visibility. Relative position does not change their visibility. Finding them by sound alone is problematic, especially when sometimes they can be inside of conflicting infrastructures (a POI placed at the same location as a non-POI structure).
