NPC doesn't build

Hello,

My NPC doesn't want to add the items he have to the structure I'm building right now.

I try "follow me" and "work here" and the brick and stone powder he have he doesn"t put it to the structure in building.

Tried to disconnect/reconnect but no, he walk at my base and do nothing,

Maybe I miss something but he should add at least the bricks and stone powder....
