Intellect POI merged with ruins, broke POI

An Intellect POI and ruins pseudo-POI were created in the same place of an untamed realm. One of the pylons of the Intellect POI was spawned in horizontal, breaking its connection to the locked bundle altar. This made it impossible to do the POI, since trying to activate that pylon always resulted in it being considered blocked.
