Nightingale Community Portal
I traveled to nightingale city from my base at the crossways via the special portal I created. After a pause I spawned into the city at the start as a character with 10K of every essence, all blue weapons and unable to see my arms. I could not port back to crossways because its the progress is different. I have checked the game version. Verified the game files via steam. uninstalled and re-installed. rebooted the pc. set the game to the beta or PTR version , then back to the standard version and nothing works. Still stuck as this character that isnt mine in Nightingale city. Most of these steps were suggested by the discord channel (https://discord.com/channels/854679517997695016/1359703448911876106)

So grouped with another player, and they invited me to their realm. It pulled me out of nightingale city, however it did not return me to my character. I'm still playing some kind to test realm character with no arm graphics and no weapon graphics. When I chose to travel to crossways from the map (now listed) it returns me to nightingale city. I still have no option for respite and no way to get to the actual crossways. I think this will require a rollback of the online character data.
So without help from game developers I am at an impasse. I can't roll back the online character that the game hijacked, and nothing on my end will resolve it. So find another game to play instead?

The screenshot of the new character they spawned into Nightingale City with is a direct replica of the template characters from the PTR (if a user chose the Nightingale City shard and not moving their character over)
Due to this, they have no respite and can not get home.
Tried everything we as players could think of to get their character back, but to no avail.
Discord channel linked will have everything we tried to assist them with.
I have tried to replicate this, with the information provided, Online mode + Abeyance with Dragons Hoard + new portal + loading, and can not replicate.
The reporting user also randomly had an update around the time of loading, which I do not have in my history.
Should mention this is the retail game, not the demo version.
