I'm unable to advance the quest because the door once you enter Sylvan Cradle and needs to turn 4 red lights on the wall into blue lights.
Even though i've already activated the 4 of them the door remains closed and the pilar on the center still remain with one of the lights as RED.

| Steps to Reproduce | Once entering the Sylvan Cradle, i just went down and activated all 4 wall lights, all 4 of them are blue but the door is still closed. |
Tried exiting the realm and sleeping then going back in and the missing light showed up along with the missing echo for achivment.
Yah same for me even broke a wall near the entrance.
